Too strobey
We bought these to replace some dim bulbs we had in an Ikea bedside lamp.They give off a lovely warm white colour, really nice and bright for reading, so no complaints on that front.Unfortunately they gave off a horrible strobe effect when trying to read a magazine in bed. Turning the pages was really painful on the eyes.Thankfully we realised that they use the same fitting as the bulbs in the cooker hood, which also needed replacing. There's still a little bit of strobing there but it's nowhere near as bad, so they'll be used there instead.

50% failure rate
Two lamps delivered - one did work and is ok. One didn’t work so not happy. 50% failure rate - I should taken notice of the reviews relating to the failure rate of these lamps. Will not order from this seller again.

Great LED bulbs to replace candle type
Awesome LED bulbs - I used to replace candle incandescent bulbs. Really good light in all directions and very high power efficiency.
