I loved the hymn this plays and the look of the figurines inside. Although the actual product struck me with disbelief. It came busted and leaking through its package. Also it was sent in a bag, to prevent moisture affecting anything around it. Which makes it appear the break was a clear and known problem, yet something to send anyway????When I went to request a replacement, no option came up, only the option to refund it.A disappointing experience.
