Overall I like it
This is a pretty nice light therapy device. For the price point, it would be nice if it included a nicer instruction manual and documentation. It does have a paper instruction manual, but the assembly instructions weren't very clear. It says to "recognize the left/middle/right part" in order to assemble, but I had no way to distinguish the difference between the left and right parts (they look the same in the drawing). One has the power plug hole, and the other does not (but it still has a round part where it would be if it did). So in the drawing I can't tell them apart. So I just assembled it and hoped for the best (it turned on and worked, so I hope I got it right). Maybe it doesn't really matter, since they are pretty identical (other than the plug).I would have hoped it also included infrared red light (850 nm) instead of only 630nm red light. Because it lacks the 850 nm wavelength, this device won't be able to replace other red light therapy devices that I use. I have some other devices, both more expensive than this and less expensive than this, which do have the 850 nm wavelength, so there may be a reason other than cost that the manufacturer decided to not include this wavelength. I'd give this arch panel 5 stars if it included that wavelength.Apart from that, there are many things I do really like about this device. The touch panel works very well, and I like all the different settings (intensity, color settings, timer). I also like that this includes other color lights besides red. The power cord is nice and long. It's also nice that they included eye protection. This is the first panel that I tried that is shaped like this (to go over the face/body in an arch shape). Until now I have tried face masks (both hard and soft models), handheld devices, lamps, and flat panels. For my face, so far my favorite has been my soft mask, but this arch panel has some advantages over it. First, I like to apply green tea to my face prior to a light therapy session. This can get on the mask, which requires me to clean it. That's not an issue for this light arch. Second, the face mask straps to my face, and can only treat the skin on my face when it's strapped on (not my neck or hairline). This arch panel can also reach my hairline and neck area when it's over my face, so those areas can also benefit. It's also more comfortable than having a mask strapped to my face. But because my face mask also has the 850 nm wavelength, I will still continue to use it.If you're looking solely for red light therapy, I'd recommend finding a product that has both 630 nm and 850 nm wavelengths. But if you're looking for overall light therapy which includes the benefits of the other colors of the light spectrum this is a very nice device. It's quite soothing to put on some relaxing music, or listen to a hypnotherapy session, while laying under this arch. Overall, I like it.

Sturdy and very bright
This LED therapy lamp comes in three parts in a box. You have to align the panels so that they click on correctly. You have to also put some pressure to make sure the panels align flush against each other. It is not easy to take apart. So be prepared to have a storage are for it fully built, as it won’t be easy to take apart and put away.It did not come with eye goggles, so order some as well because the light is very bright. It has a UV setting as well to use as a disinfectant for items. It was a bit tricky trying to get it to turn on. So you have to turn it off and then press the UV button.Over all it’s a great purchase. Sturdy device, bright lights, easy to turn on and off. I have enjoyed using it on myself and my clients.

DOES NOT LAST
Purchased in March and it stopped working in June. It should last way longer than this.

Better ones out there
I did my research, and although the duration of time, variation of colors, there are several challenges. It is big, bulky, and does not sit well, unless on a very hard surface. Hass to stay plugged in which the power cord is not long at all.
