Screw needs tightened every use, and while using

Everything that can be wrong with this "set" is wrong. Scissors are too short, dull, and with deliberately round tips because of some "theory" explained by the manufacturer in a video. I take care of my facial hair for almost 50 years and never held scissors perpendicular to skin surface. The rings on scissors are too small even to my hand, average or below average. The holster is made of some crap and is totally useless. Avoid.

The scissors are awesome. They are not rounded so they cut hair tight but not pointy either so the don’t scratch or stab you. They are very sharp and work well. The comb on the other hand is a waste. I don’t have huge hands and I can hardly hold them. They are puny and are almost a complete waste.

A little too small and bulky, but will do

Scissors appear to be working fine but there was no scale on size and the comb is a small travel type comb. Didn't really think that much about it and was mildly disappointed. As far as the customer service is concerned, I was completely blown away with their representative Fred Greene. He reached out and I explained my little concern. Very impressed to say the least. I use several other cremo products and suffice it to say, I'll continue to do so knowing this company actually cares about their customers.

Junk. Sorry listens every time I use it no matter how tight I tighten it. Doesn’t cut well. Cheap junk.
