These hand weights almost make exercising pleasant! ;) My hands are pretty small and I've always had poor grip strength - these are the first hand weights I've found feel nice and easily manageable. They are easy to grip - they're a perfect diameter and the composition makes them easy to grasp and hold. They have a strap that gives me confidence I won't drop them. The cobalt blue ones I got are nice to look at. Who knew handweights could make such a difference? :)

I’ve added hand weights in order to do some form of strength training while walking every day. First I tried carrying 3lb. dumbbell weights (too heavy to start and very awkward to carry); then I bought some wrist weights, but the one on my left arm kept sliding down onto my smart watch. I saw these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. These 1 lb hand weights are great, especially for the first 2000-3000 steps. I liked them so much that I ordered some 2 lb ones a couple of weeks afterwards. I love the way they feel and fit in my hands. They’ve made it much easier to add an aspect of weight training into my daily walks.

I bought these for my elderly 80 year old mother. She loves them. The straps are velcro. It’s like a bean bag weight except not as squishy. It’s easy for her to hold. It’s the right amount of weight. She uses them everyday. The bright color makes it easy for her to see therefore reminding her to work out.

Great weight for walking and working out the arms.

I got these to use while on the treadmill and they're great for that. I have been using a regular dumbbell set but it was kind of awkward and somehow would always manage to hurt my wrists. I knew these soft ones were there, but they were pretty expensive for me so I've been putting it off. I shouldn't have. These are so much better and way more comfortable to use while walking. They're not bulky and my hands don't slide around on them. Plus you don't have to actually grip them tight to keep a hold of them which is why I think they don't kill my wrists like the others did. These are worth getting and do intend to get a heavier set sometime in the future.

Soft weights, Easy to handle.

These weights are wonderful, I have arthritis and the straps help you hold on the best. I really like the feel too.

I really like the handles that adjust for better fit in my hands. Looks like they are made of good quality. I don't seem to get wet hands like the original hand held weights. Shipping was very quick, I would recommend and I plan on buying different weights sizes.

Good weights, especially for physiotherapy recovery or someone starting out. Sturdy weights, good grip. Fast shipping, would recommend.
