Serenity&Strength: Seniors Wellness Collection: Chair Yoga, Stretching & Wall Pilates.
I had a quick read of this, and I have yet to put it in practice, but I would advise anyone that has done any training and is getting on in years or unable to stand up to do this first before venturing standing up and doing exercises. A full work out if you want it.
