Perfect for exercises

I've had a few different "grip trainers" to use for PT on a hand that had surgery. This one is by far the worst, it has less uses than the "freestanding" style that does not strap on. There is really only one thing that you can do with this and it's basically useless... There are no instructions at all. The production quality is lacking. I would not recommend this to anyone...

Got it 20 minutes ago and started doing 11lb (goes up to 21 mind you) and the Velcro was too weak and came apart. I’ve been holding my wrist with my other hand and that seems to work buy I feel like I shouldn’t have to.

They made it to be ambidextrous BUT! the thumb just doesn't fit it to the same size hole as ur little pinky. I MEAN WHO DESINGNED THIS ! ? DUH! sell these in pairs and make them left and right units. I'm sending these back. I can't fit my thumb into the damn thing. My fingers turn blue because this thing literally cuts the blood circulation in all fingers (not the thumb BECAUSE I CANT FIT THIS OVER IT!) AND IT HURTS! Please see pictures.

Good quality product but it is not fit for any type of fingers, not thigh enough. The loops holes are standard even for the pinky, the size of the fingers holes are not tight as it should. The rubber quality is outstanding and it has a relatively good grip while using it. I won't buy it again unfortunately.
