Nicotine Patches Step 3, 7 mg Quit Smoking Patches

I am a non-smoker and have never smoked. Coffee keeps me up all night, so I use these as an alternative to get energy and be able to sleep. They work fantastic for my purposes! Absolutely love them and better for me than a more expensive alternative I tried. Discreet and good adhesion. They help me focus from my ADHD without me having to get addicted to vaping. I do notice nicotine withdrawal if I use them consistently and then suddenly stop them

I use the patch for inflammation, it's great. Also helps with brain fog. Very good product.

I use the patches for a medical condition (not quitting smoking) and they are very effective and cost effective. However they are difficult to get out of the package because they stick to the inside of it.

Has aluminized polyester :( Causes skin to get red/itchy. Trying to avoid aluminum so this was a bummer to find out. They otherwise are a nice small size, work well and are inconspicuous.

So far they seem to be helping me. I am not using them to quit smoking but for another medical purpose and it does seem to be working. Additionally, I will say that I have had no irritation or rash from them. They are small and discreet and stick very well even when in the shower or hot tub. I am nicotine naive so I can also say that I am getting no jittery effects or anything like that from them as well or stomach issues or sleep issues so that's good.

These things are junk. 21 milligram, you can't even tell that you put it on your body. I would stick with American made ones, rugby. Ect. I can't literally find anywhere on the packaging that it says that it has nicotine in them.
