Directions
Mix 1 scoop (35g) of powder with 200-250ml of cold water or milk in a shaker. For best results, consume within 30 minutes of exercise. Alternatively, the shake can be used as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. Take 2-3 servings daily.

Amazing!
I have tried a lot of different protein powders and this one is fantastic! I have now bought this 4 times and I am still finding ways to add this powder to my meals! My favourite is to put frozen banana, 1 scoop protein powder, 250ml almond milk and ice in the blender. Can't recommend the vanilla flavour enough!

I hate shakes, but mix this with 0%fat yoghurt and it tastes like a yummy vanilla pudding.

Vanilla flavor tastes really good. I make mine with water and half huel. I am always looking forward to it after the work out.I didn't try the berry yet, but chocolate flavor is not the best, will not buy again.
