It’s a lovely ornament, I ordered one and the flower was chipped and although it says they offer a replacement if the lights do not work there was no way of contacting the seller direct for a replacement for the damaged one.So I had to go through numerous Amazon associates before one was nice enough to refund me the money to gift card so I could take a chance and order a second one(as it was a gift for Mother’s Day) the second one I received wasn’t damaged but when you pick it up you can hear something trapped rolling about in the ornament itself. It is pretty and Amazon dealt with the problem quickly for me.
