Filling
These are very wholesome and filling but the flavours for me didn't quite gel- the kale didn't compliment the beetroot and there was too much mint.

Not bad, but not really a burger.
These taste fine on their own, similar to a falafel taste, but when placed inside a bun, they just taste odd. The texture is a far too mushy for them to be considered as a burger. The likes of Oumph or Moving Mountains make far better burgers.
