Love the idea of this product and its portability
Wow, the package this fire pit/grill came in was really heavy!! I am so thankful for the video demonstrating how to assemble was available online or I wouldn’t have known to ask for assistance prior to attempting assembly alone. It was so much easier with the help of a second person. The pit went together just as easily and simply as the video portrayed. The grill portion simply lays across the pit. I would’ve tried laying it across the other way, again, had it not been for the video. This Corten Steel product is heavy metal and should last for years unless the fires burn hot enough to wear their way through the metal. Sounds far fetched but it happens. I plan on using this product for backyard bonfires as my daughter loves that kind of thing. However, it is way too cold in southern Ohio this time of year to expect to be kept warm by a bonfire lol so that activity will have to wait until Spring. Other than that, this is perfect to take camping, especially if you’re going to a place that is more remote than a pay campground and won’t have grills or fire pits available. This is another activity enjoyed by my daughter. It’s portability is a real plus. It doubles as both a pit and grill so it will work very well for her purposes. I’m sure you could use charcoal to cook food then have the coals to use with kindling, before adding wood, to start your bonfire. The only issue I see is if it doesn’t cool off enough to disassemble and pack up when you’re ready to come home. Planning effectively will take care of this issue though. I really like this product and definitely recommend it especially if you need something to fit the scenarios I’ve mentioned. I don’t know anything about Corten Steel, however, so I don’t know if it would rust if you sat it up permanently in your yard and it had to sit out in the rain etc. Of course you could bring it in during the Winter and honestly you could take it apart anytime and store when not in use even if you were only going to use it at home. It’s super simple and quick. You will love the versatility this pit/grill offers and it was super convenient to be able to order a grill that fits perfectly at the same time the pit is ordered. Just be sure to look at the purchase options before ordering. It wasn’t very expensive to add on the grill either. I can’t explain how cool I think this product is.

Heavy! Simple, but effective design
This is not a lightweight fire pit. Yes, it is certainly portable, but you probably aren't going to want to be hiking with this unless you are wanting to add some serious poundage. However, I got it to be an easily removable fire pit for our front yard and it does an admirable job for that.Putting this together with one person is certainly doable and how I've done it all but one time. You most likely will get at least one dirty knee (either from rust the first time, or from rust and/or soot subsequent times) if you are setting it up by yourself, or at least as I do, that is how I brace one of the sides in order to slip in the first slanted piece. If you had a handy rock nearby, you could also brace the piece that way--but my knee is always available and there. If you have two people to assemble it, it is beyond easy! The carrying bag has held up so far, but that is some pretty serious weight that goes into it. It has a divider in the middle of it--although that piece doesn't attach to the bottom. I like how the gloves also come with it as that does keep the hands a bit less rusty/sooty for assembling and disassembling. The thick metal takes a substantial amount of time to cool, so be aware of this factor should you be wishing to pack this away after use. This fire pit is holding up very well (after cooling, it has mostly been taken apart and put in its bag between uses) and I expect getting a long and useful life out of it.

Rusty and Expensive But Does Its Job
I saw the Gzgneevl fire pit outdoor camping fire pit and thought this would be an interesting device to use in the backyard. When I saw it on the product page I wasn't sure of the orange color. Was it painted? I couldn't tell but I ordered it anyway. When it was delivered it was extremely heavy. This is definitely a solid steel fire pit. The orange color is actually rust. The rust powder or residue was falling out of a crack in the box all over the place. That's not to say it's a bad fire pit though. It is definitely heavy duty and after burning a fire the rust is no big deal as it burns off and everything becomes black with smoke and soot. It does come with cooking tray with a cooking surface of about 11x15 inches.I don't think this is worth anything near $99 as it isn't really that big and I'm sure the steel is from some recycled source. But it does contain a fire well and allows the user to enjoy a safe warm fire.

Portable fire Pit
This fire pit is made of thick corten steel, good quality, looks like it will last for years as described, I used this instead of the original fire pit in my yard and it works great and is easy to move.
