Less Than the Sum of its Parts
I returned my KeyBiner for the simple reason that neither the carabiner nor the key organizer works well enough such that combining them represents a sufficient improvement over them being separate devices. I found that not only do things attached to the carabiner (like car keys or a knife) make it hard to spin out keys but, more importantly, the carabiner gate itself does too. This made it significantly more annoying to operate than the KeySmart, especially one-handed. The gate on the carabiner also felt weak and in the few weeks I used this I had items come off the carabiner in my pocket, an unforgivable sin in my book for any carabiner. On a positive note I did not feel that it was either bulky or heavy in my pocket with four keys installed; the aluminum is definitely lightweight. If you attached few or no things to the carabiner then this might be a good option for you if you don't mind the relatively hefty price tag. I did not find any of the many integrated tools of any value. Some people might, and I'm happy for them. For my part I'd rather the whole device be simpler and perform its basic functions better. For myself, though, any benefit from consolidating the key organizer and carabiner were nullified by the device's basic functionality being troublesome.

Worked exactly like advertised and what I needed.
I have really enjoyed using this product because it functions exactly as I needed it too. Had a previous key holder that was alright until I saw this product. Knew when I saw this key holder in an article about key holders this was what I had been looking for. Haven't been disappointed since.

Excellent but needs minor tweaks
***copied from my review of the same product but different metal ***I bought some of these when they first showed up on Kickstarter a couple of years ago & haven't looked back since. I have the aluminum and brass ones and both are sturdy as heck. They come with tiny washers to place between each key, so each key can swivel without binding on the adjacent key. They use a bar to hold the keys in place, which means you have to evenly distribute the height of the keys; though you can pad the space with extra spacers if you have them. It even fits comfortably in the hand!I have 3 gripes, thus the loss of a single star. Otherwise this would easily be a 5 star.#1: the bottle opener is placed awkwardly such that you often have to move the top keys out of the way first. In my case that's more difficult because I have a SOG knife key there swiveling toward the inside. *note, security has barred me from entry from multiple times while having that thing attached under the keys... not a smart move on my part.#2: the screws that hold the bar retainer in place don't like to stay put. You need to add loc-tite to the threads for them to stay. Minor issue.#3: the spring bar likes to pop out. I lost one bar somewhere during normal use, so when I replaced it added a little JB Weld and that has held it for at least 2 years now.Beyond those, this has been my favorite keychain ever. I highly recommend getting one, though I also highly recommend adding a little JB Weld to the spring bar and some Loc-tite to the screws.*also, don't fall for the knock-offs. Stick with the original KeyBiner

Waste of money
You can't use it with 3 or 4 keys. If you do the long screws that comes with it, will pock you back. If you use the small screws, it may not accommodate over 2 keys (1 on each side). You can't add anything on the gate side because the gate is not going to open. If you use the opening or gap on the opposite side of the gate, the keys will not slide out. Don't get me started on the amount of washers. If you add 1 to the left, you may need 4 on the opposite side or a thinner key. I used 4 washers to separate o sandwich 1 key in between 2 keys. Make sure your keys are brand new if they are twisted or old, good luck. If you have 5 keys in total, you a may need about 12 washers.

Big but light
It’s nice and lightweight but a little to large.

The gates on these are downright bad. I have had to retrace steps to find my keys way too many times when a $5 biner does a better job of staying on my belt loop.
