Very comfy and relaxing on both your back and side!
This pillow is brilliant for sleeping! I can use it whilst laying on ym back or on my side and the ergonomic shape acconodates a confy position for both. The memory foam does a particulary great job on the side, as you can slide your hand underneath and the pillow doesn't restrict anything or create discomfort. It's ideal if you have neck or shoulder pain as it permits you to rest in a neutral position with little stress on your joints and muscles. After a couple of minutes, it really sinks you in and it has somewhat of a floating feeling. The cover is removable and washable, I still put my own cover on top as I prefer the texture, and whilst it doesn't fit perfectly as it isn't a standard pillow shape, there are no problems with it

Quite heavy but comfortable
I am allergic to feather pillows and tend to find most synthetic pillows are too puffy and give me neck ache so I was keen to give this one a try. I am a constant wriggler in bed, I sleep on my front, side and back so gave this a good test.I have been told that memory foam can be hot, and I have previously found that to be the case with memory foam mattresses but this pillow actually seems quite cooling. It is quite thin which suits me perfectly, I don't like feeling like my neck is being raised at an uncomfortable angle. However, if you like reading in bed this will be pretty hopeless as you can't fluff it up to prop yourself at a different angle.I think i would prefer not to have the shaped depression in the middle because it does limit how much you can move around in the night, but perhaps this is the intention. it's quite heavy so doesn't move around in the bed easily so if you get yourself comfortable it will stay put.It comes with a removable cover which you could use instead of a pillowcase, it is soft and slightly fuzzy but I prefer a cotton cover. It fits snugly into a standard pillowcase.Overall a supportive and comfortable pillow in my opinion. Choosing a pillow is a very personal thing so the 60 day return policy is a bonus.

Cleverly designed pillow
I've used memory foam pillows for years - they really make a difference to sleeping for me. This is by far the best I've ever used. The microfibre casing is good quality and has no loose threads/puckers, and the memory foam itself is soft and supportive, without feeling like you're totally sinking in.For me, the big difference is the unique shape - I've never seen a pillow like it. It cradles your head as you rest, and is genuinely life changing - I've never slept as well as I do on this.

Not high enough for me.
I’ve rated this product 4 stars based on its quality and softness. . The fact that the manufacturers are offering a money back guarantee shows confidence in their product and I can’t disagree. It also came in a protective travel/storage bag which was a welcome addition. Very practical, if you like to take your own pillow with you when sleeping out. (Although I suspect it might be a bit of a wrestle to get in back on once expanded)Unfortunately for me, it was just not high enough or offering enough support for my head. I usually need 2 pillows and I’m also a side sleeper, so I am unsure whether this impacted on my ability to get comfortable or to achieve the correct posture to benefit from this type of design. It was too low on its own but too high with a feather pillow underneath so unfortunately after 10 minutes of tossing and turning I gave up and reverted back to my original pillows. If like me you need a higher support, I would question whether this is suitable as unlike other memory foam pillows on the market, this one doesn’t have different heights to be able to rotate it to your preference.

Label says the cover is 90% cotton. It is polyester.
This comes in a box, then a dust cover (why is that needed when it is vacuum packed ?) , then vacuum packed to take up less space on the shelf.Feels squishy. Don't like the piece of rubber that is sticking out - I cut it off before going to bed, why on earth would you do that, you have branding in various places on the cover, including an embroidered logo, a silicon label is OTT.Glad it has a washable cover, although I put it in a cotton pillow case as I have to sleep on cotton, polyester is too sweaty. Did I sleep better or differently... no, woke three times as the neck area is too shallow. The label inside the outer cover says the outer cover is 90% cotton, 10% polyester, this cover has no cotton in it, you can see with the naked eye this is polyester, if it did have two layers of cotton the price would be double the current £20. You can tell because the inside is shiny, and the outside feels like it will catch and bobble, pure polyester. The label also says the inner cover is 80% cotton, and 20% polyester. Doubt that very much as it too feels like pure polyester. So it looks okay, feels very soft and squishy, but is too shallow for me, and the lack of cotton is a big disappointment. There are dozens of these online all from you-know-where...It functions as a pillow, so I will put it in the spare bedroom. Not for me though sadly.

Grateful for a pillow that works for my needs
I've struggled with shoulder and neck pain for nearly 2 years. And have tried a dozen types of pillows and neck rolls. Even replaced my mattress in the process. I am happy to have found a pillow that supports me just enough and cradles my head from keeping it rolling to the side. *keep in mind, like shoes or clothes, there is no one size fits all with pillows for everyone. This pillow provided just the right amount of neck support, without causing strain, and just enough give to allow my head to sink in a bit without feeling like it is falling back.

Much better than conventional pillows for support
This review is for the item "SNUGL Cervical Pro Memory Foam Pillow for Neck and Shoulder Pain | Hypoallergenic Orthopedic Pillow for Side, Back, Stomach Sleepers | Cervical Contour Ergonomic Pillow with Visco-Elastic Memory Foam". If you see this review on a different item, then there are either multiple item options, or the listed item was changed.I picked this up for one of the kids who was not happy with their pillow. After testing it out for a few nights, they are very happy with the neck support, and the comfort the material provides. This one isn't a high-dollar pillow, but I never see a reason to pay big money when small money does the job just as well. This one meets both criteria.

Great Pillow
I love memory foam pillows. This pillow provides the right amount of support. It works great for both back and side sleeping positions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a memory foam neck pillow.

Firm support.
- Looks exactly like the seller images.- I sleep sideways and it has worked great for me.- The pillow comes with a inner protective cover and I use a queen size cotton cover on it.- Firm support.- Looks very high quality made.- Came vacuum packed. I let it out for 2 days before using it.- No funky smell.- Package says it's machine washable, hypoallergenic, and latex free.

Good for Side Sleepers--Very Firm Material
This comes super compressed in a black drawstring bag, but the way it began to expand as I slowly pried it out of the bag, I don't think it would be possible to put it back in for traveling (unless you have some kind of vacuum packaging device to pull all of the air out first). It expands to the length and width of a queen-size pillow, so it fits inside a pillow case--it's just about half as fat as a regular pillow. For several reasons, I don't sleep lying completely flat--I have scoliosis in my neck. So, relieving pressure on that nerve from my neck to my shoulder helps prevent pain and muscle spasms when I'm trying to get comfortable in bed.I put this pillow on top of a regular queen-size pillow, which makes room for my head and neck to stay in a good position without cramping my shoulders or compressing the blood vessels and nerves at the back of my neck, causing a headache. When I turn onto my back, it does the same because of the depressed space in the foam. And by placing it atop a couple of pillows, I've had some success with using it as a support for my neck when I'm sitting up in bed to read or watch television--but that takes making some adustments as I get positioned so everything stays in alignment and comfortable. If I were to make one change, I'd like the foam to be just a little bit softer--that's just my personal preference, and I would like the depression to be just a little deeper. But this is made to accommodate a variety of body/neck/head sizes and people preferences, as opposed to something custom-made, so those are not significant changes. (And if you have a head and neck that are heavier and/or bigger than mine, the resiliance may be just right for you.)Overall, I'd say if you're a side sleeper especially and/or have scoliosis, this will make you a lot more comfortable in bed, which means you'll sleep better too. I would buy it.
