I have used this product religiously for two and a half weeks. I always take it 30-40 mins before I eat. I exercise everyday, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. This product does help me sweat and gives me energy throughout the day. It also kind of curbs my appetite but I haven't lost any weight that I probably couldn't have lost on my own. I will probably buy these for the energy they give me but not for weightloss.
