Great mini computer.

Still setting this up and testing. My configuration performs well against regular desktops for half the cost. I cannot use bitlocker as there is no TPM chip (Not a major issue, but good to know ahead of time. One can use hardware encrypted SSD instead)The unit runs warm, but not hot. Came with activated windows 10 PRO 64 bit. The key was also emailed to me. No documentation or separate/printed license key so I suggest the first thing to do is to make a full windows 10 system backup to a labelled USB, including the license key, and put it in a safe place. After configuring the PC to your satisfaction, make another complete backup onto a different labelled USB key. This is probably good process for any PC.I note that the motherboard has configured heat protection - a very important feature for a fanless PC!For my purposes the multitude of com ports are redundant, but I can use the dual 1 GB ports, several USB ports and dual HDMI ports could be useful in other applications. Subject to ongoing reliability (I suspect that good ventilation needs to be provided) this is a good buy.

I have purchased many of these and really like how they function.

This computer is already obsolete. The processor is not on the Windows 11 approved list; and therefore, it cannot be upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.I like the fan-less design, but I could do with fewer RS-232 ports and some back-panel USB 3 ports. (BTW the front-panel USB ports are upside-down.)Needs bigger primary disc storage from the factory. You have to break the seal to install more disc storage. It already runs pretty hot, so I would not recommend a spinning hard disc.

This computer is a useful piece of equipment, but mine failed after four months of use....no video output. I had to ship it to China at a cost of $81.00 to hopefully get repair or replacement. After nearly two months I am still waiting to get a functional computer back. It was returned to the manufacturer for repair, but failed testing. The supplier refuses to send out a new or functional machine.

Great little computer, excellent build quality, super fast Intel i7 processor.I use this computer to control my astronomical observatory and it handles multiple tasks with surprising ease.

I absolutely LOVE these computers. This is my 5th one purchased. I have gone through and replaced all of my desktops with these (different models for different applications). I use them for daily use, automated home control, DLNA server, etc... I have never had a problem with any of these units, and I don't have to worry about cooling fans or hard drives going bad due to the bearings going out.
