1) Doesn't work with Verizon Postpaid2) With Verizon prepaid sim card, was not able to connect to the network and the customer service confirmed that the device is not working.3) The phone was not new when it arrived, it had marks and the pack was previously open.

This did NOT work. When I tried to activate it with my Verizon postpaid account I was I formed this is a prepaid phone! I will be returning and not ordering a phone off Amazon again.

I was not able to use this phone as it was apparently a prepaid phone and was locked. I even took it to the verizon store and they went weren't able to help me.

Phone is not postpaid its prepaid and cannot be activated n a regular plan unless on a prepaid contract for 30 days

Simple phone works great for what is needed.

Very deceptive. This is a prepaid phone and cannot be added to a postpaid Verizon account without first being unlocked.
