Living in Florida, rust stains on concrete are just part of life, especially with irrigation water. I’ve tried a handful of products over the years, and this one has been the most effective so far. The application was very easy: I used a pump sprayer to spray it on the concrete. I gave it a minute, and rinsed. No scrubbing, the ingredients create no fumes, and the rust disappeared almost instantly. It caused no damage to my concrete, but use caution if you have any painted surfaces. Read the label because I do not know how compatible it is with epoxies or paints. I used it on my driveway and patio. Everything brightened up like new and looks great. The photo shows an untreated vs treated area. The 2‑pack is a good value — plenty of product for my job. Also worth mentioning: the product arrived in excellent condition. No leaks, no damaged bottles, and everything was packaged securely.

This stuff is incredible!! I should've taken before and after pics, but I was eager to start on my project. My sidewalks (a newly purchased home) were stained horribly with rust. Everyone in the neighborhood with similar issues told me, they'd tried everything to no avail. I poured it on with a small plastic container and used a wide brush applicator (similar to a wallpaper brush), to spread it out. I let it sit until dry. The heaviest stained areas got 3 applications. NO SCRUBBING. The rust dissolved! I then just used a garden hose on the highest pressure setting to rinse off after it all dried. Wear gloves, sunglasses, and protect exposed skin. Chef's kiss! GET IT!!

Wow! After multiple letters from HOA about rust stains on our brick we tried hiring professionals, and power washing the brick but nothing worked until this. My husband was very skeptical and said there’s no way you could just spray this stuff and have it remove rust. Well, it did!!! Worked so well he took pictures, and I decided to leave a review. No more HOA violations o er here!

My sprinkler system has rust and leaves my driveway stained. This rust remover works fairly well. It removes most of the staining. However, some spots require you to use a second coat of spray. The product is easy to use.

High iron in the well water. Rust looking stains on the patio block, flagstone, cedar siding, and downspouts. Stains had been there for a year. Sprayed the product on and within about ten minutes the stains were completely gone. Amazing!

Save your money. Used on iron fertilizer stains on concrete... etched and brightened everything around the rust spot. So now the rust stains are "framed" and stand out even more. Nope!

When I ordered this I was hoping Iron Out would assist cleaning up the rusty look of our house siding & outside chairs that get blasted by the sprinkler. Awesome almost instant clean. !!!

Made the plunge ($$) and renewed my 50+ year old concrete driveway as I was getting tired of looking at the old one!? Anyway, after the demolition, framing, pouring & curing, the new driveway looked GREAT, so much so that you had to wear sunglasses while out on it on sunny days. Then the summer rains came, and everything changed around the gutter discharge. I felt like someone had "keyed" my brand-new car!! Rust residue from the gutters made a trail of brown that was ultimately tracked to many roofing nails long abandoned and rusting from several roofing jobs over the recent past left there by the contractors instead of disposing of them properly. Took care of that problem, personally! Purchased Iron Out liquid Rust Stain Remover from Amazon and the results were mixed. Applied the liquid according to directions on the gallon plastic jug after shaking it vigorously to ensure the ingredients were well mixed. Had enough product for 3 applications and the photos show the results of "blotchy" driveway area. Even used a scrub brush with the grain of the concrete on 2 of the applications and still no better results. Maybe I will let the summer sun try to bleach it out or try another product to see if the results will be better.
