I had an issue with the size of the product (I thought it shrunk). I complained to Angelic Misto and they immediately responded. Turned out the mistake was mine, as I realized I accidentally bought the lash serum rather than my usual brow formula. I admitted my error but the company still gave me a refund and let me keep the product. Pretty awesome customer service!!Thank you!

I can’t find my before pics at the moment, but these are from today. I’ve been using this for a few months now (at least once a day, sometimes twice), and the growth has been amazing. I noticed it pretty quickly after I started using it.I love that it’s easy to apply and water based, so it doesn’t irritate your eyes if you accidentally get some in there. And a bottle is lasting me at least a month, so it’s worth the money.I use it on my eyebrows too. My eyebrows used to be more sparse, and I have a lot more hair growth there now. And my eyelashes are longer and thicker. I have lighter tips to my eyelashes and now, they look like my natural color more. I took a selfie the other day and thought I was wearing mascara, and I don’t wear makeup.Definitely worth it!

This product really works. Wish I had before pictures to show the difference. When I use my eyelash curler my lashes look fabulous. Hmmm…wonder if I can purchase a 20 year supply…just in case they stop selling it?

After one use the night before, my eyes felt hot and sore the next morning. When I looked in the mirror, the skin around my eyes where I applied the product was RED. Sunburnt red! Luckily the redness started to dissipate after taking some antihistamine and washing my face throughout the day. The photo in my review is the redness 12 hours after the first use. I have sensitive skin and thinner/fair lashes, so I am limited to what types of cosmetics products I can use. I would advise caution using this lash serum if you have sensitive skin, and have eye irritation easily, especially since this product goes around the eyes.I did however receive a very kind customer support letter from the Dersie brand team. I thought it was very sincere, since I have not received a letter of concern for a returned purchase prior.Overall though, I would still advise caution in trying this product if you have sensitive skin or react easily to sensitizing ingredients.

I've tried about 5 brands of growth serum and this one actually works!!! I'm amazed and so are my kids! The other thing I really like is that it doesn't burn my eyes at all. Previous products made my eyes really burn if I accidently got some in them! My lashes are not only short, but quite sparse. I can't see that they are any thicker really, but sure are longer! I just purchased my 3rd tube of this! I hate taking selfies so you'll just have to trust me that it works.

I have never left a review. I guess I have been waiting for product worth reviewing. I have found it. I have been using for 4 months and results are worth wating for. My eyelashes look like I have eyelash extensions when I use mascara. My eyebrows have gotten fuller and longer.I am 52 yoa and have cancelled my eyebrow microblading appt and will never need eyelash extensions again.

I purchased this eyelash serum because I was looking for a little bit of growth for my eyelashes and I've been using it for a week now and I've noticed a difference, not a huge difference but I'm sure if I keep using it, I'll get the affect I'm looking for.I'm very pleased with this product, it arrived quickly and the company reached out to me to assure me that if I wasn't satisfied they would issue me a refund. It's a small business and they stand behind their product.I definitely recommend this product and I will repurchase myself.

After rubbing my dry eyes and breaking my eye lashes - this took a while - but they did get longer, without costing a fortune. - Pam

It may be a smaller bottle at 3 ml versus say 5 ml but I felt it was more concentrated serum and therefore I found it easier to apply. I applied it at the base of my top eyelashes and then used the brush to push the serum from root to the tip of my lashes to cover them completely. Again, I found it easier to apply due to the thickness of the serum and the shorter handle. I also, found it was not irritating to my skin and it did not create any redness to my skin on my eye lid at the base of my lashes like some other eyelash growth serums I have used in the past. I have noticed a difference in my lashes after just 7 days of use. It also helps to put the curl back into my lashes naturally. I would definitely purchase again!

I loved it I used it every morning and every night after doing my skin care every single day for about a month old and it is such a genuine product that actually works it’s light weight and eyelash extension safe!:) I can definitely see a difference in my lashes it even filled out my bald spot in my eyebrows

I have been using this product every day for 2 weeks on my lashes and my brows and I’ve noticed rapid new hair growth on both. This product definitely works, and the price point is good too! I also love that it doesn’t burn if I get it into my eyes accidentally. The formula is really clean and non irritating. Will definitely be buying again!

FIRST OFF THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED TO AMAZON. UPON RECEIVING MY PACKAGE AND OPENING IT THERE WAS THE TUBE OF SERUM BUT ACCORDING TO THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX REFERS TO THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX WHICH SAYS ONE TUBE OF SERUM PLUS 2 LITTLE BRUSHES FOR APPLYING IT. THESE ARE MISSING. BUT IF YOU READ THE AD ON THE SITE IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THERE ARE 3 STEPS APPLYING THE SERUM FROM THE TUBE AND THEN FOLLOWING UP WITH GOING OVER YOUR LID WITH THE SPONGE BRUSH AND THEN WORKING IT THROUGH YOUR LASHES WITH A MASCARA TYPE BRUSH. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO APPLY WITH OUT THESE 2 LITTLE BRUSHES. $25.99 IS A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THIS CHEAP PRODUCT WITH PIECES MISSING. IN THE DESCRIPTION IT DOES NOT MENTION THAT THERE ARE NO. BRUSHES. THE ONLY PLACE YOU FIND THIS INFORMATION IS WHEN YOU PURCHASE IT AND READ THE APPLYING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX. I MIGHT ADD THAT THE LITTLE BOX HAS 2 SIDES TO IT ONE FOR THE SERUM AND ONE FOR THE LITTLE BRUSHES SO YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE.

Been using this for a few days. The product is easy to apply. Unlike with some other, similar lash enhancers, I have experienced zero adverse effects: no burning or irritation on the eyelid or in the eyes. I am using it twice a day, and my lashes feel silkier and stronger, maybe already even a bit longer. Great communication from the seller as well.
