Only criticism I have is that the shade is actually really difficult to raise and lower by yourself. The screw keeps getting stuck in the track and you have to walk back and forth, jiggling each side. I’m hoping I can find a way to add a washer or something to make this easier.

This was surpringly easy to put together and is holding up nicely. It is soft wood so just keep that in mind with your tools as it will dent easy. Instead of putting the mat under I stapled it to the inside of the box and love it more as I think it helps keep the mess in and looks a little cleaner without seeing the black poking out. My daughter was so excited for this on her birthday and has kept playing with it weeks later!
