These glass jars are just what I wanted--they're small (they hold an ounce) and they're sturdy and they come with those little plastic lids that keep the cream (or whatever you have in them) from getting into the cap. I used one of my jars for the hand cream that comes in a big bottle--they're very handy.) The cap is nicely made, screws on and stays on. These are good quality glass jars that could be used for just about anything. They don't leak in your purse!

Love these small glass jars for storing left over product! The seal is tight in the lid. It is easy to use, the mouth is big enough to get the scoop in. It is real good quality. It has the plastic scoop and a lid for the jar before the screw on lid.

These have been great for my purposes. They’re the perfect size and are high quality. The extra lid is nice to have.

Glass containers are great but the caps are really fragile. Dropped the container on accident and the cap cracked

overall happy with this purchase and wish the seller also made a smaller version ; )the glass is smooth and clear and the outside lid fits quite well. the inside lid doesn't fit as snugly, though, so it won't stop more liquid items from seeping out around the edge. it will keep thicker creams from getting all over the inside of the outer lid, though.the packing was AMAZING. there was even a small layer of foam in between the screw on lid and the glass jar, so it wouldn't crack in transit. really it is clear that this seller is doing their utmost to ensure that i was happy with my purchase -- and i am!will totally buy from this seller again... please consider adding a gold lid to the same jar and making one half the size for travel and gifts. thank you <3

Omg!!! The search is over, these are the spice jars I’ve been searching for for a lifetime! First of all, I am an avid cook/home chef if you will, having lived as an ex-pat in Asia, as well several foodie cities in the US, so include a wide range of ethnic cuisines in my repertoire. My goal is always to prepare and serve the most flavorful dishes, even for “every day” family meals. And as any cook worth their “salt” (forgive the pun), the fresher your ingredients, including your spices, the more flavorful your dish. Unfortunately most grocery store spice brands/purveyors offer their spices in larger glass bottles, typically 1.3 oz. or 4-5 oz. plastic container, whether organic or not. But let’s be honest, how many of us actually end up using up the entire spice bottle in a years time?!?!? (Ok, maybe turmeric - for Thai curry - and cinnamon for French toast and baking). And again to keep the spices from degrading, from what I’ve read, amber or smoky grey glass bottles is also recommended to protect the spices from light. So these amber glass bottles which store about 1.5 oz. Hit the mark! But what makes these really special is that these jars also come with a firm plastic internal cover that sits inside just underneath the black screw on cover (you know, like the plastic internal cover that you find with jarred moisturizing facial creams), which then provides something just shy of a vacuum seal providing that extra degree of keeping the spices as fresh as possible! All this, plus the vendor also includes an extra plastic screw on top in case of breakage. I took a chance and ordered 3 boxes (four jars/box) and will be ordering at least another another 4 more because I’ve had in my mind the ideal spice jars I wanted and I would hate for any of them to break only to find these are no longer available. P.S. No spice labels included, but easy enough to find clear labels with white lettering for the black screw on tops!

I used these jars for my DIY deodorant but the only complaint that I have about these jars are the lid. The lid cracked on the side and I couldn't screw the top back on the close it but the jars a durable and the size was perfect for me but it was just the lid!
