Not stable, requires metric bits
Thankfully built a test piece with these before utilizing them. They require metric bits for install for one thing. Most importantly though, they are highly susceptible to snapping out of the locked position and releasing the joint completely if the is any flexing across the horizontal axis of the snaplox piece.I wanted to use these due to their slim profile, but these have no place in hardwood joinery. if you were thinking of that purpose keep looking, there is a reason these are hard to find.
