These are such a good price for a month's supply. I've taken them to help boost my immune system and sluggish winter metabolism over these dark months, and although there's no grandstand results, I have to say, I'm feeling pretty fine and dandy - with no hint of a cold trying to sneak up on me during this relentlessly horrible weather. As with most supplements, they take time to bed in, and sometimes I only notice the difference once I stop taking them.From what I can tell, they're working and I feel rather chipper. No cold. No meh.

These arrive in a pouch that doesn't stand up by itself - I would prefer a bottle honestly but no matter. Far too early to say if they have any lasting effect but they are easy to swallow with no ill effects, after taste or reflux taste (like I get with cod liver oil capsules for example, if I burp half an hour later it tastes awful and fishy) - and you must do your own research into whether or not you feel they are right for you. You get 60 capsules, which at 2 / day will last you about a month. Let's see if I notice any benefit after finishing the pouch.

Not much to say about these capsules other than they are good for the price and contain a lot of great ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow and provide benefits that include bladderwrack and burdock.There are 60 capsules in each packet and they advise that you take 1-2 a day. I haven't yet noticed any health benefits but haven't taken them for long so it's still early days, the research in similar products is solid so I have no doubt that they will help me.The packaging is attractive, with a small pouch that is preferable to the plastic bottles you sometimes get for capsules. I researched the brand and I was happy to give it a go.I’ve been taking Sea Moss for a while so I like to think I’m quite a good judge on its quality. This is definitely potent and I’m noticing just as much benefit as the other brands I have taken.There are so many benefits to Sea Moss and Burdock & Bladderwrack are a great addition also to compliment it. It’s always best to research any supplements before taking. Google, YouTube & Reddit are your friend when it comes to this. It’s especially important to do this if you suffer with any health issues or take any prescription medications.I personally like to cycle my supplements too, this is essentially having a few days in the week/month break from them and then maybe a longer break here and there. It’s especially good to do this if you take a few different supplements.I’ve never had a problem with Sea Moss personally and it always provides me with so much energy and vitality so I’m really pleased with this one as it’s great value. It’s a great addition to your diet.These days it’s so hard to get all the nutrients we need due to our ever increasing hectic lives and the rising price and declining quality of food. These capsules come in cute packaging so would make a nice gift. The product is also very good value considering you are getting a one month supply for the price.
