I have white coat syndrome. Every time I go to the physician's office, and they take my blood pressure with that auto cuff thing, my blood pressure comes out high. Very high. I tell them, I have white coat syndrome and to wait until the end of the visit (and I am more relaxed) and do it manually, but since when does the medical establishment listen to the patient? When I go to one of my practitioners, that is what they do (she actually listens to me!) and my BP is fine. That person is retiring, unfortunately for me but lucky for her.My latest MD, who doesn't believe that my BP is normal (when staff took it it was high by that awful machine they have), asked if I took my BP everyday. I didn't. Decided at my old age to do so. I bought this wrist cuff. So easy and quick to use. Take it everyday and guess what? My BP is normal! I now have a record of it to show my new MD. It is the same normal BP as when my old practitioner took it at the end of the office visit. Great product and now I have proof to show my MD what my daily BP is. I have to monitor my own blood pressure constantly due to medical diagnosis. This use easy to use for doing a personal blood pressure. Verified accuracy with doctor! It also has the talk feature, which I feel would be handy for elderly or people that a hard of hearing!! So far so good!!

After being told by the doctor that my blood pressure was getting high, I wanted to start tracking it at home. I bought this because it was small and I could use it while traveling also. It is very easy to use and very convenient. I don’t know about the accuracy. I will be taking it to my doctors office and testing it against theirs during my next appointment.

After using this blood pressure machine several times, my pressure kept showing “high”. I contacted my doctor because I became concerned. She told me to bring the blood pressure machine with me so she could look at it. My doctor took my blood pressure using three methods, manually, with a cuff and with the wrist unit. The wrist unit gave a blood pressure reading 40 points higher than the other two methods. It’s a nice unit, but accuracy is very important when it relates to blood pressure.

It's very important you hold your hand at heart level or the readings could be inaccurate but overall pleased with the results and ease of use.

I love this lil device! It's very easy to use! You just place it on your wrist and Velcro it in place. Push the On Button, and place your wrist close to your heart area. Just wait about 30 seconds and the device will read your blood pressure and heart beats out loud to you, and she will wish you good health!It's really a cool device! Every home should have this!I highly recommend this purchase!

My doctor wants me to monitor my blood pressure so I tried one that went around my arm. The issue is, you can't keep it from going all the way up to 250 before it starts counting down. This is super painful for me and I don't get a good reading. The only other way to do an arm reading is the old fashioned way with a cuff and a stethoscope. So I opted for a wrist monitor. It seems to do just as good a job and nowhere near as painful. I still haven't figured out how to set the date - but I'll get the directions and figure it out eventually.

It is very accurate, it was the same reading as at my doctor's office. Love the easy of using it. No more fighting to get the arm cuff on. I even got my husband one as well.
