Great machine and easy to use. With anything that's converted comes issues! But the tech support has always been able to help me solve any issues and questions I have. They also linked me up to the salesperson so I can buy film and replacement parts made for this printer. I absolutely love this printer and it has helped my shirt making tremendously. I gave it 4 stars just based on the time loss with technical issues.

I started a t-shirt print shop and needed to replace the printer head. Advice, do not allow the printer to sit more that a day without use. ,even if you run a small print to keep the ink flowing.The service department was great! They walk me step by step in replacing the necessary parts to get my machine up and going. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will control your computer remotely if necessary. Frank was very helpful in connecting me with an experienced engineer to make things much easier to comprehend.It’s a great way to print products and the quality is amazing!

Absolutely love this printer. We bought this printer to get our T-Shirt Business up and running and it has been working wonderfully. We've had a few hiccups here and there, but nothing that going through the instructions that came with it or communicating with their online support hasn't been able to be resolved. The prints are vibrant, although it did take adjusting to because we had to remember that colors had to be configured with CMYK percentages and not with whatever color codes our laptop ran. Also if you're going to get this I would recommend keeping in mind the location where they are based, so if you need online support, their day is our night, but even still they have been a wonderful help to us and we are so glad to have made this purchase. We would also recommend this brand to anyone else who wanted to purchase a DTF Printer.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER.If I could give this 0 stars I would. We received the printer, and waited to install due to us going to the printing expo in Vegas a week later. So I didn’t want to install and then have to prime when I got back so we just waited.When we got back, I tried to install, step by step instructions sent with the printer on paper and on a drive. Printer would not print. I contact customer service, they try to remotely help, they could not get it to work either. Going back and forth on what’s app because the time zone is different cause they are in CHINA. Then the representative says we can send it to California, they will pay for the label and they have a tech team there that can fix it.We send it out next day and they receive 3 days later. Waited a week, they contact me and say it had a printing error, and the problem is fixed and they send me the tracking number.Come a few weeks later, I finally try to reinstall. I open the crate it was shipped back in, there is ink EVERYWHERE. I mean EVERYWHERE. When I sent it to them, we were instructed to take the ink out, so I did so and flushed all the lines.I contact customer service took pictures and let them know I would not like to touch us as the ink is not just in the ink tanks but all over the printer. They then blamed me, and said it was my problem the ink is there from the first shipment. Don’t you think if the ink was there from the first shipment they would contact me, or at least note in and send a letter back. No. NothingThis ink was from them not emptying the ink before they shipped it back to me because it was wrapped up on the bubble wrap they sent back, and got through the crate as well. All this in the pictures below.So I contact again, and they tell me the best they can do is give me $500 back, with a broken printer. That I am outside the “return period”. Instead of making things right and taking back this printer they clearly sent me defective the first time.Not up to today, I finally got the printer all cleaned, where no ink is inside going to get on the paper anymore. I contact the seller, yet again and the printer is not working. Now I’m $3500+ out and sitting here with a broken printer. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and sent a BROKEN PRINTER.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this machine In 2020 during the pandemic and as a newbie I thought I was going to be a challenge, It have been the best of the best I have never ever had a problem with it keep in mind I always do a maintenance because is required. I have time that I don’t get nothing to do for 2 weeks or more and when is time to print do my regular start up maintenance and print what ever job I have to do and after finishing do a head cleaning I recommend this 100% I have done more than 3k prints

Best investement i have done in 2023!! Bought this in March and it has been a game changer. No more having to wait for prints to come. I just print, cook and press!!! Same day results make customers happy. The company stands behind their product, if you have any issues ... they have a whole team dedicated to help you in any way! Frank is the main tech and he is great!!! I love this printer and will highly recommend all their products ... film and ink are amazing!!!! Buy from this company anything you need foe your printer.

The media could not be loaded.  War ein großes Abenteuer. Aber ich werde es nochmal bei procolored machen wenn ich eine Chance habe. Bestellung und Versand circa 1 Woche ist das Gerät schon in Deutschland. Aber Deutsche zollbeamten sind so langsam. Fast 1 Monat hat zollabfertigung gedauert. So zum kotzen. Und danach wollen die 584,50 € für Zollgebühren. Ich habe direkt an den Verkäufer gewendet. Zum Glück haben wir einen Kompromiss gefunden. Jeder Partei nimmt hälfte von Zollgebühren. Der Verkäufer und sein Team sind so verständlich. Unkompliziert hat geklappt. Ich habe meinen Drucker DTF L 1800 seit 29.03.2023. Das Gerät mit Tinten ist einfach zu installieren. Nur beim Software zu installieren braucht ihr so oder so einen Ingenieur von after service Team ( bekommt man von Verkäufer) zu helfen. Beim Software zu installieren habe ich Problem gehabt. Ich habe Alles falsch gemacht aber durch Skype und Teamviewer, die ingenieure von Verkäufer bringt dich schon in der Reihe. Die ingenieure sind Tag und Nacht hilfreich obwohl die Zeit Verschiebung in China. Ich werde nochmal bei diesem Firma nochmal was kaufen wenn ich eine Chance habe. Ich habe gestern 06.04.2023 mein erstes gedrucktes Motiv raus. Super zufrieden. 100% empfehlen. Brauch ihr kein Angst weil die Produkte aus China kommt. Alles ist Europa Politik. Die Politiker kaufen selber in China aber macht propagande für die chinesische Produkte " Finger weg von chinesischen Sachen " Augen auf. Welt jetzt ist China. The printer is a good starter printer. Instructions are pretty to the point however there are no trouble shooting instructions. Frank reached out to me before shipping my printer and told me if I needed help with anything to let them know. I had some issues with my printer and they added me on Skype and helped me right away. I would buy from them again.
