The unit is compact and puts out good heat while the built in humidifier really does make a difference, after a few minutes you can start to notice the difference in the air (I have a smaller sized sitting room 12ft*12ft) and with the back-lit flame effect and swirling 'smoke' above (in a dimly lit room) it creates a pleasing atmosphere.The supplied remote works well and operates all functions while I like the ability to adjust the temp in fahrenheit from the remote, there are controls on the top of the unit should the remote fail or it's in need of a new battery.I can't really comment on running costs but having used it on a regular basis from around early to mid evening my electricity bill didn't increase by too much, but that's subjective.

Delivery is fast and it is small and light, but it is very safe and warm for children both on the carpet and I think it will be a warm winter.I highly recommend this product.

I really liked this heater initially but it has a fundamental flaw. The rubber around the lid used to seal the unit unravels after a handful of uses, making it impossible to now close. I initially thought it was my unit with the issue, but this is the second time I'm sending back this heater. I won't buy again until this fault is resolved.

This space heater is powerful and it is the perfect electric heater for me. The fan heater heats up quickly to provide a comfortable level of warmth in any room, and the oscillation feature ensures heat is evenly distributed throughout the room. It's easy to operate and I like the touch panel, although I always use a controller, it makes me feel more comfortable. I like the timer feature. Does anyone else hate waking up in the middle of the night to turn off the room heater? Me too. This time, though, you can set a timer and just go to sleep, so convenient. So far, so good!

Opened the heater. Tbf it looks nice. Plugged it in, the heat was great. Set it to spin which is when it started making a grinding noise. Took a closer look, the shell was damaged and the internals exposed.Unplugged it. Should probs return it, but it’s a bit of a faf. Shame as it seemed like a great little heater.
