Great for balance training.
Great item for training balance. One issue is one of them had a hole and wouldn’t inflate. Second, the pump needle broke when trying to pump another one. Otherwise. Great for training.

Helped my dog walk again!
My dog got diagnosed with a neurological condition. I was told by the specialists to purchase specific equipment to get him to build strength, muscle, and balance so he could walk again and have normal range of motion. Let me tell you, I got different equipment but these balance pods made a huge impact. This helped my dog in every which way. He has been walking again for 3 weeks now and he continues to balance and do exercises every day as much as he can and it has worked wonders for him. He is improving every single day. The neurology team was shocked when they saw how well he was doing yesterday!! My dog LOVES these things and looks forward to it every day. I also have been using them now because why not? I can feel the burn! We can get strong together!! Absolutely worth every penny. Perfect size. Amazing quality. Easy to inflate/deflate and get them just right.

No more drives for physical therapy
I am a 100% combat disabled veteran and a fall risk due to dizziness not vertigo. First learned of these thru physical therapy. These are excellent quality and have helped me a lot.

Great for indoor entertainment!
My kids (2 and 4 year olds) have been having so much fun with the obstical courses we’ve been making with these. Also great for Simon says and balance games.

Most affordable rocker plate for trainer
Saw these on a Reddit thread as an alternative to pricey rocker plates for bike trainers. I can confirm they work really well. A little shaky getting up at first but they don't slide around, and the difference even that small freedom of movement makes in comfort is well worth it. I'm most afraid of popping. I kept them at the same inflation they arrived in and so far so good (should probably include the caveat that I don't do any aggressive sprinting out of the saddle though). I thought I was only getting 6, but the set has 9, so I have extras. Well worth the price!
