Good quality acrylic thinner
I use this for thinning miniature model acrylic paints such as Vallejo. It does the job very well for both air brush and non air brush paints. A small drop goes a long way.

Works pretty well
I bought this because I've seen professional model/miniature painters use it. It has a lot of uses, but I use it it break up surface tension in paint, as it makes the pigment slip into crevices in very thin coats, which is a lot better than slathering the paint on. I've also used it with washes.I think it would be perfect if it came with an eye dropper, because you really don't need that much.
