Does this jam contain the skin ?

I bought Mandarin. Is it supposed to very loose? It poured out of the jar and slid off the bread!

Hello, it is not supposed to be "liquid", but since it is a natural product, you need to actually stir it before applying over bread. If you DID stir it, yet it was almost as liquid, then kindly provide to us LOT number for further investigation. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent quality and taste
