you cannot sleep with wearing this on your mouth at night
likes- material is overall good, suitable for small childrendislikes-price is high i think appropriate price should be 200 & not more than that, not effective for teen, i suggest you to go for real teeth braces, can't wear it at night only if you tape your mouth which you couldn't do that for sure
