Poor quality product without support from a supposedly large vendor - Buyers be aware
Buyers be aware. Make sure you have support/warranty etc active and valid BEFORE you purchase. Kohler would not help/talk to me re the same fault on 3 of these controller units. I now regret spending thousands on Kohler products. This is a poor quality product that fails after a few months use. Amazon will not assist and direct back to Seller, which was listed as Amazon seller and delivered by Amazon when I purchased, but turns out to be Kohler is the seller, and you can only find this out when customer services tell you ! The only recourse you have is the 30 day returns.

Very cool, but frustrating problem with unused ports
I have this paired with a 6 port thermostatic valve that I only use with 5 ports. There is no way to shut off that unused port in the device and it forces you to pick an icon. This means it is easy to turn on that unused port, and though I had the plumber cap it off, this worries me. They need to let you assign that port to "unused" and remove it from the interface.

Display lumination
Wish there was an option to keep the display illuminated. Nevertheless, the controls are simple and intuitive. Max flow not as great as my DTV system, but piping requirements are different.Best experience is with the Kohler app. Starting the shower remotely as I prepare is a great feature. Also you can configure it to shut off after you reach temp this saving some water before you step in.
