Disappointed in random and too few recipes. Bland presentation.

I just received this today-was excited and anticipation was high. First off, read the description of this book carefully. This is a small paperback, only 91 pages and NO photos-was surprised at this but I take responsibility for not reading more carefully. I don't see use of traditional ingredients other than Mexican chocolate. The recipe for sopapillas is nothing like the traditional from New Mexico. There is a cake called Leche Cake which is clearly Tres Leches, so why not call it that? Don't recognize any of the other recipes so for me as a Mexican with family from all over Mexico it does not feel traditional. So so disappointed-and I waited almost a month to received it. Also this supposedly was done with the help of abuelos, so why not show a photo of them. That and a little background info would have grounded the whole book. Really wanted to love this!

Made Cinnamon brownies and came out very tasty.
