Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. GoldMen's Contractor Work Jean

I bought these pants for my husband. He works with cement so he does a lot of bending + has to wear a heavy tool belt. My husband is able to move well in these Jean's. They are comfortable & not heavy they look like good quality, they fit well, they do not slide down with the tool belt & have not ripped on metal objects he has to walk around. He has ripped 3 pairs of jeans in the last month so I decided to get him these jeans. My husband also likes the extra support on the pocket too hold his tape measure.

For years I worked in Lee carpenter jeans. I bought them because of the modest price since I would ruin a pair of jeans often in my work. That said, I hated how they fit. They always slid down especially when I wore a nail apron. The zipper was too short making it difficult to do one's business, if you know what I mean. I recently stumbled on to these Signature contractor jeans and they are great. They are priced comparably to the Lees and they fit at the waist and have a longer zipper. They fit like my favorite Levis 550s. I really like the reinforced pocket for my tape and the fact that it does not have a hammer loop that I seldom used but caught on everything. These are perfect for me and I'll be buying more soon.

Comfortable and well made contractor jeans that run large in the waist. Good typical Levi quality and design. Stood up well after repeated washings. Recommended.

The pants are cheaply made. Material is flimsy they ripped when I sat in my car. Didn't even snag on anything. Rip started at 2 inches by the time I got home to change the rip had spread from my butt to half way down my leg. It wasn't on a seam I think the material was defective. I wouldn't recommend them.
