I got three of these for myself and my parents. It is really easy to use to pick up/hang up/ and cancel calls. It’s fast to charge and lasts a long time. The button works well and the model firs my ear well. It looks just like the photo!

Were not loud ar all ,could barely hear contacts

This is probably the best single ear Bluetooth headset in the price range. Calls are loud(if you turn up the volume) and clear and the boom mic is actually close to your mouth, making the audio super clear unlike the recent trend where manufacturers try to sell tiny earbuds meant for music as phone headsets. Sorry, nothing beats the sound quality of having the mic actually closer to your mouth. The battery life is also good and lasts an entire day at the office. Everything is perfect except one glaring design flaw, the multipurpose button isn’t a button, but a super sensitive touch sensor. Any accidental contact with the button- like scratching your ear or adjusting the position of the headset while on a call will trigger the button and hang up the call. MAKE IT A PHYSICAL BUTTON!!! Also connects to both my computer and my phone simultaneously and can swap between computer audio and a phone call intuitively by the most recent device to play audio.

It works great. Pairing it with the phone is quick and easy. It's lightweight, but not flimsy. Perfect for delivery drivers because you can receive and hang calls by taping on it, without having to fumble with the phone. The battery charge lasts all day.

Presses on part of my ear which gets sore,so i have to change ears or take it off.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently purchased this Business Bluetooth Earpiece for my professional needs, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and comfort.Connectivity-wise, it's a breeze to pair with my devices. The Bluetooth connection remains stable, ensuring uninterrupted calls and meetings. The noise-canceling feature is impressive, effectively minimizing background noise and allowing clear communication on both ends.The call quality is outstanding. Paired well is the only good thing I have to say. In first dozen uses, multiple calls were dropped and microphone cut out several times. On/off button is so sensitive the device was turned on merely by sitting in my pocket. Will toss this and try something else.

Sound is good the controls work great. My one and only beef is the lack of movement in the ear piece. The tip is soft but the earpiece enters your ear canal at an odd angle and there isn’t any adjustment to fix this. It makes my ear canal sore after 4 hours. I’m going to keep it but if you have tender ears hard pass this one
