These are so cute and work well.

When I received the tea lights, I loved them. They were so cute and the idea of being about to turn them on and off remotely (I used them in a chandelier in our sunroom) was exactly what I was looking for.One of the batteries was dead - inadvertently left on in transit - and I notified the company, more as an informational notification than a demand - but they were incredible! After verification that I did indeed make the purchase, they sent me a replacement (sorry, make the 2 replacement) candles and additional thank you for letting them about the problem. Bottom line, they were a wonderful company to deal with and the candles were exactly what I was looking for.

I am really pleased with these candles. I like the fact I can turn them off to save the battery life. But I also like just using the remote. The timer on it is really nice too. I will admit I haven’t read directions so am not sure of all the details. Sometimes I’ll come in the room and the lights are on without me turning it on. But I started to realize it might be simmering with the timer but I don’t know what I did. Ha! But they have a great look, and I am very pleased!

I bought a pack of this Led Light Candles from Amazon. Each pack contains 6 pieces. When I received it, one of the candle was not working. It was defective. I saw a note from the package that if any of the candles were defective to call the number written on the note, which I did. They answered me right away and addressed my concerns. They offered to send additional candles if I want to. They also sent me ornament balls which I love, along with the replacement of the defective candle.I am giving them all 5 stars. The candles work as I expected. I do not have problem with it. The customer service is amazing. It exceeds to my expectation. I am very much happy with the product. I will definitely buy to them again anytime soon.I included a photo with the defective candle and a photo of the replacement with the ornament balls.

Great little candle set. Works perfectly for what I needed .Nice glow and love the multiple options. Had a small issue with my order and contacted the business. They responded promptly and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Great business with great customer service!

THE CR2450 BATTERIES MAKE THESE TEA LIGHTS USELESS!!!!!A huge shame. This is a great product EXCEPT for the choice in battery. You can't get cr2450 batteries in any stores. You can only buy them on Amazon and the choices are mostly generic, unknown brands which are cheap but don't last long and may be dead on arrival. Name brand cr2450 batteries are $2 to $5 PER BATTERY which are just silly for these little tea lights. In contrast, brand name CR2032 cost around $1.50 each and are EASY to find in stores and online.Again, it's a shame. These are great tea lights. They look great... They don't look like plastic, they look like real wax candles. The remote control works great. It's directional... point it at a group/cluster of tea lights and it controls the group. All functions listed work great. Especially loved the FLICKERING mode. GENIOUS design on the BATTERY COMPARTMENT. The whole bottom twists off. No need for a screw driver.Comes with batteries... Nice touch. But ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT LAST 200 HRS, at least with the batteries included. I set them to come on for 2 hours every 24 hrs around bedtime. Very nice to have the FLICKERING candle flame effect at bedtime. They were dead within 6 weeks. That's only 84 hrs. I bought the 9 pack... So it would cost me a minimum of $18 in batteries every 6 weeks. The tea lights themselves only cost $16 for a 9pack. So the batteries will cost more than the lights.THAT'S CRAAAAAAAAAAZY!!!!!Luckily, I ordered in November and had until the end of January to return. Otherwise I would of been stuck with them, since Amazon is the ONLY RETAILER WITHOUT A 90 DAY RETURN POLICY.SOLUTION: Look for tea lights that use cr2032 batteries or larger flameless candles that use AA or AAA batteries, then you can use rechargeables. Or consider a rechargeable set if you plan to use on a regular basis. They're $45 but you'll save money on battery cost and frustration, in the end.

A good candle. I purchased another set that i could recharge. There wound up being a lot of battery purchases to keep these going. I would accept that as a choice…. BUT!!! The candles worked on the same frequency as the TV remote. The planning and timing of candle would be offset if I wanted to watch TV. When turning on TV, any candle within that range would come on. That could be cool if candle went out when I turn TV off.

I am trying to return these lights because they just stopped working and I just purchased them on August 29th. It says that I have until Jan 31th to return them but there is no button to click to start the return. Does anyone know how to return this item?
