Q: What’s the difference between the pro and the ultra?

My understanding is that the “ Pro” Ultra is just a smaller ( in terms of packaging/more convenient for make up artists ) version of the Pro Ultra in the larger bottle. I hope that this helps.

Q: I bought this and it did not come with a pump. The photo depicts a pump. Is it supposed to have one?

We're in the process of upgrading our pumps. Just pull up on the overcap - the pump's underneath it. 😉 Sorry for the confusion and thanks for supporting FACE atelier!
