Q: Is this good for cycling(as baselayer) on temperatures below 40°f and keeping me dry at the same time?

Just bought these in ‘22. I wore these (with shorts) in 18-24 degree weather in West Virginia for work and they were warm and comfortable! I was helping out from Florida and wasn’t ready for the cold! I’m good for 35+ weather but below that, not so much. These newer ones are flexible, and warm!
