A product that works! I’m just now starting my second bottle, but I saw results within the first week. I don’t have lots of fat to loose, I’m using it more for those “last 10-15” (for me, belly fat is the last to go). Really like that there’s no stims so it can easily be taken before bed and not disrupt my sleep.

I took this with double tap, I can say i have lost weight. I have cut out carbs and started running everyday, so i am not sure if the product helps/works. I down about 12-15 pounds in 2-3 weeks.

I had taken a break from my usual fat burner and decided to give this product a try since I wanted a stimulant free fat burner/appetite suppressant, hoped maybe it would deliver the same or better results but it did nothing except actually make me gain weight and retain water. I didn't change my diet or exercise routine from my usual, if anything I amped up my exercise while on this. I eat clean, limited carbs, high protein and low fat diet, no processed sugars, and my exercise routine is usually an hour on the elliptical at a vigorous pace for my cardio then half an hour or so of weight training, 4-5 days a week. Aside from my weight actually going up on this product, my appetite was not suppressed at all. I've used a lot of supplements, fat burners, preworkouts, BCAAS, etc and I know what is good and what is junk and this is junk. Especially for the price.

I've been using these products since April and I have no regrets. I eat really healthy now but this pushes my results over where I need to be for my military career.
