Nice Quality
Very nice. Its bigger than I expected which isn't a bad thing. It's a quality item. Ithasa zipper that is covered by a flap over it.

Good size for documents
This will hold a standard 8.5x11 stack of papers. But you can put bulkier things in it too like cash or jewelry or whatever it is you want to protect. I appreciate that this fits into my file cabinet with my other documents and gives me a little extra protections for the really important items.
