fancy lip balm
this feels a little lighter than most lip balms, but i would not say 0 residue. i usually use petroleum jelly, and i don’t feel like my lips are any better or worse since using this for a few days. i like the very mild peppermint scent. it comes in a nice lipstick case, which i feel like is much of the cost. this is currently list for $15. if you have plenty of discretionary spending funds, this is a fine product, with good ingredients.

Good Alternative to Petroleum Jelly
I personally utilize petroleum jelly balm on my lips at night when my lips start to get dry. It smells great and goes on well. I felt like I had to put a couple of coats on though, probably due to my jelly usage which is usually a thick smear of jelly onto the lips. I also worried that in the morning I would have a horrible taste in my mouth because I’m used to that with other lip balms. I didn’t have any odd taste in my mouth in the morning. The container is like you’d see for a regular thing of lipstick, even the balm is pointed like a lipstick. The container itself doesn’t have any writing on it but Haleys and then the details of what it is on the bottom. No ingredients on the container itself. It does what it claims, but the feel on my lips was odd to me. I did wake up with less chapped lips, but I keep feeling like I didn’t have enough on to really be effective because I’m so used to something else. I also did eat and drink with it on and I can confirm that it stayed on until other chapsticks I’ve put on in the past.

A seemingly high-end lip balm
This lip balm does a pretty good job of moisturizing—I find that one application keeps my lips pretty soft for a couple of hours. It has a very very subtle mint smell. It doesn’t feel greasy or thick at all, it goes on super smooth. While this is somewhat better at moisturizing than your average drugstore lip balm, I can’t help but feel like the price for this is more about the presentation than the product itself. The tube looks fancy, the lip balm is shaped just like lipstick, etc., which gives it a high-end feel, but not sure if it’s worth the up-charge for the actual effectiveness.

Very hydrating!
I am a gloss and balm girl, 100%! This is an excellent balm that hydrates my lips very well. I use it on its own, or as a topper, all throughout the day. It has helped stave off that dry and chapped winter-lip feeling, and it adds a bit of shine too! It doesn’t have a smell or flavor, so is perfect for the fragrance-sensitive!

Moisturizing but pricey
This lip balm moisturizes well and lasts a long time. It comes in a convenient "lip stick" style which makes it both easy to apply and easy to carry in your purse or pocket. It has a very light minty scent and leaves your lips slightly shiny. At the current price point of fifteen dollars, it seems a bit expensive. You have to consider the price versus the quality of the ingredients to determine the ultimate value.

Flavorless, colorless. Lasts about 3 hours per application.
For context I live in a more humid environment, of course as things cool down skin and lips tend to get more chapped. As I've applied this I've found it lasts about three hours before I need another application. The fact that it's flavorless and scent free is definitely not something I see often so this is a great selling point for those sensitive to these factors. I don't like lip tint but love the twist tube style so I'm glad for an options with no tint and a twist tube. Product design is sleek and minimalist. You get a little over an inch of product. It is a little expensive considering you only get the one tube but I do appreciate that it's cruelty free. Outer carton is also recyclable which I love.

Pretty nice
I would say this is kind of a typical lip balm. It does moisturize and soften my lips, but I live in an extremely dry climate and probably need something a bit more powerful. I'm certain for the average person's needs this would do nicely. The ingredients seem quality and it not made in China so that's a plus.I recommend it for anyone not living in a desert!
