I have long struggled with insomnia, and it feels like I've tried everything to fix it. I've rarely had trouble sleeping in the past, but it had been a growing problem when I became stressed about changing careers. I began to stay up late every night, distracting myself from worries with TV, books, games, etc.. Then the next morning, I would oversleep and miss out on half of the day. I decided to try "Instant Sleep" to get back into a regular routine. I took it about 30min before bed and soon had trouble keeping my eyes open. Despite my attempts to distract myself, I soon fell asleep. I dozed for about 9 hours, and I felt well-rested the next morning. I also noticed that I had hardly changed positions during the night. All in all, it seems to have worked really well! Worried about becoming dependent on sleep aids, I've decided to only use the product once a week at the most. However, I haven't been craving it or tempted to exceed this amount. I feel like this is a good sign. While I'm definitely a fan of "Instant Sleep", I would definitely make sure to do your own research on the ingredients before deciding to take this (or any other over-the-counter medicine!) After doing my own research, I found that most of the ingredients come from plants and are of little danger unless you already suffer from other health problems. Still, I would double-check for yourself that you are using the product safely.

This product is useless if you have serious sleep issues (i.e. Insomnia). Took two pills and stayed awake the entire night on back to back nights. You're much better off getting ZzZ-Quil or something similar because this stuff is a joke. Would love to get a refund on this. Highly disappointed.

A good product, but is expensive and works no better than Luna which costs half as much. Stick with Luna and avoid this product.

I noticed some reviewers have had problems with headaches, so I adjusted my water intake. When I woke up the next morning, I felt relaxed and refreshed. I did not notice any headaches, nor did I have any symptoms of grogginess. Overall, this is a great supplement for nights when I need a little extra help getting to bed. I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a natural and effective sleep-aid supplement.

I just ordered this product this week. I received it yesterday and used it last night. The bottle says to use either one or two with an 8oz glass of water. I have always had sleep problems, so I decided to use two last night. i was feeling the effects within 30 minutes and sleeping comfortably not long after that. I slept soundly through the night and actually awoke feeling very refreshed. This product actually does do the job. I did, however, have a slight headache when I woke up. This may have been due allergies because the wind was blowing quite fierce in my area and usually causes that. Whatever the case, keep that in mind as a possible side effect. It went away after drinking copious amounts of water upon waking. Good stuff.

This product rocks!. I was looking for a natural product that would give me a sound night's sleep without leaving me with that groggy, medicated, "sleep hangover" feeling you get with most over the counter formulas. I was pleasantly surprised that Instant Sleep worked as quickly as it did , within 40 minutes of taking the product I found myself nodding off in front of my TV. I barely made it to bed!. I've suffered from intermittent insomnia for a couple of years now, and part of the problem with some sleep aids is that while they will make you drowsy enough to fall asleep , keeping you asleep is another story entirely. I was also concerned about whether the product would give me a deep sleep (REM sleep) without giving me the nightmares that can occur with some sleep formulas.
