Not all Toilet Wong Nuts are the same Diameter/thread
The wing nuts were fine, they just did not fit the thread!

Good value set of bolts and wing nuts
These M5 bolts seem to be of decent quality and match the required dimensions. They came with wing nuts, which I didn't need, but the pack was priced very competitively against other sellers offering just the bolts, so decided to go with these and keep the wing nuts for spares.The bolts and nuts arrived neatly wrapped in a paper bag which was placed inside a small cardboard box bearing the seller's logo.
