NuSciPure Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder (1000 Grams (2.2 lb))

i have no idea what this is doing to my body, but i was told creatine is good to take if your working out regularly. i take it it pre and post workout. I do notice on occasion that when i take this pre workout i sweat a little less and am able to push a little more than i would if i didnt, thus, i guess it's doing something... one of the side of effects i've also noticed was in the begining stage of taking this product i was completelty on edge; i felt very short tempered, and the smallest of things would make me furious. i became more agressive and even my family started to notice, so i cut down my dosgae a bit. overall if your looking for some solid creatine powder this would be my frist stop.

I haven't seen too much of an increase in strength when I lift, but I also play soccer, and yes defiantly I've felt an increase of power and reaction time. Anyhow, I believe it's a good product, it hasn't giving me diarrhea, dilutes well with water, comes with a measuring scoop, and fast shipping, I recommend it.

Great price for the quantity. I take 1 teaspoon-2 after workout and I've gained 8 pounds in 3 weeks, and my bench max has increased 10lbs. Make sure to drink a ton of water--I have gotten cramps a few times

This is the straight product that other suppliers add a ton of sugar to and sell for four times as much as your buying it here. I just throw it in dry and chase it with water. I was taking the six-star product until someone asked me how much sugar was in it and I looked to find the exact amount. That was the last time I used the product and have saved myself a ton of insulin production because of it. This product does what it is intended to do without any undesirable or unnecessary side effects (insulin crash). If creatine is what your after here it is in its pure form with no fancy labels or non-sense advertising attached.

Package arrived way early! The packaging was great, its a super thick plastic resealable bag. It doesn't look like much but consider that the creatine you buy in stores is packed full of sugar! This is awesome! I couldn't be more pleased with this product and the promt time these guys filled my order! They suggest on the package 5 grams(1 full teaspoon) 1 to 3 times a day.. some people take "5g 4Xaday" 20grams a day to stack, I think its a waste because your going to piss it out.. but to each his own, right? Anyway, GREAT BUY!

I used it to fill capsules so that I was able to use for work out. Much cheaper than the store.

After doing some research I found out that Creatine in monohydrate form is supposed to be more effective and quite a bit more inexpensive. After recieving my order from 2400 miles away in three days, I have to say I'm impressed with the shipping and handling time. As for the creatine, I had a noticeably stronger workout the first couple times I used it, Great, just make sure to drink water like a fish when on the product!

Can't go wrong with a thousand grams of straight creatine. This is a flavorless/ordorless powder that you can mix with anything. Sometimes i use it with straight water, other times i'll take it with my pre-workout drink. I use about 15 grams a day for a week to load and then 5-10 grams a day to maintain creatine levels. This is a smart buy if your looking to save money and have an effective product.
