I like the design- it’s actually my ideal aesthetic.This item arrived on time and in perfect packaging but immediately I realized it was not going to be fully functional and I didn’t want to deal with a return or exchange.The lid is not cut correctly to fit the container and the rubber or whatever material liner inside was melted to the dish which made it nearly impossible for me to open upon receipt.After getting it opened I couldn’t close the lid properly because of the poor fit and without the liner the lid won’t stay closed.I make my own vegan butter which is why I wanted a beautiful and airtight sealed container. This would be perfect if the lid were made with better attention to detail and product testing for quality assurance.

This was just what I needed! I hated dealing with butter. After you use it once or twice, the stick would never wrap up nicely and would just begin to look gross. I would even find stray butter crinkled in its wrapping hiding at the back of the fridge. I've even thrown out butter before so that I wouldn't have to deal with it.This is a game changer. Now, I just toss a stick or two of butter in this container and know that it is going to stay clean and fresh. I use every last bit of my butter. It makes my fridge look a bit neater and the container is so cute! I purchased the "Butter Me Up" dish and it arrived in perfect condition. The lid is a little crooked, but I just don't care because it has solved all of my butter problems. I don't think I'll have to buy myself another one because the quality is great. I will likely purchase again for my mom and sister, though.

I ordered 2 by accident but was ok with it since I could gift the spare. Received both today and one box containing a dish is covered in a brownish stuff, almost like someone spilled a Pepsi on it. Ok, not that a big deal. When i inspected the dishes, the designs on both dishes are messed up. Off center, missing letters and one looks like the design was wiped by something. I was ok with the price for the cute printing. ☹They will serve their purpose but loved the design. Im sure with this poor quality the first wash will wipe it away .Very dissapointed!!!

I purchased this for the "vintage" appeal and the cute saying "Butter Me Up". I paid $20.99 on Amazon which was a little more than I'd like however I couldn't find a dish I liked through Tj Maxx, Homegoods, Target etc. The holder is bigger than expected but not overwhelming. I like that it's a deep dish for the brick butters or for those who would transfer spreadable butter. The top is wood not cork as the 2017 reviews mentioned.

I love the new butter dish. It’s really cute with the funny saying on it. I would buy again. My only complaint is when I purchased it on Amazon the picture and description showed & said the lid came with a knife & the lid held the knife!! I didn’t mined writing a review etc. to get the knife, but how am I going to get the proper lid?? That is part of what got my attention & it’s not what I received. Hope whoever purchases this gets what you pay for. After awhile the lid stopped staying down tight. I push all the way down & it pops off & I don’t know why.Thanks,PAG

The bamboo is for real. Not that I had it lab tested but it feels like my bamboo cutting board. I put butter in this container since it says "Butter me up." It gives me a nice little smile every time I butter toast. I just started Whole 30 though so I'm not partaking in the butter lately. It's got a little sparkle to it so if you're all about toxic masculinity, it's gonna be a no-go for you. Although, I think it would make a great impression for a date. One would say "that's so cute! you have great taste!" and then they would consider moving in with you. Just saying....

Easily holds two sticks of butter, but could hold more depending on the size of the sticks of butter. Nice airtight seal but not it’s too hard to remove the lid. Easy to clean, butter is easy to spread, and it’s pretty to look at.

Edit:Within 48 hours of contacting Customer Service (via email), they had a replacement dish sent out. OUTSTANDING Customer Service & I am still in love with this butter dish. I’ve already gotten comments on it. Highly recommend & will be ordering other items. May even order a few more butter dishes as gifts.Love this little butter dish! I’ve had it on my wishlist for a long time & finally bought it. The lid is a little wobbly and doesn’t sit completely flush, but I will contact the company for the issue. From what I have read, they have amazing customer service & no issues with replacements.
