Excellent product for my leg tension!
A must have for people like me that have leg tension at night. If if I use the roller on my legs before bed, I am good, If I don't, my legs will keep my up at night, cramping and jumping like crazy.

Works well
Well made, rather long to work legs and arms comfortable. Took a lot longer (5 days) to receive compared to other items ordered from Amazon.

Works great
My husband and I both enjoyed this massager. It is long enough that I can use it by myself. The individual rings help to loosen up tense muscles. Great for when you've been staring at your computer screen for long periods of time.

Not Big Enough To Be Very Useful➖ Maybe A Good Foot Massager?
This arrived in its own sturdy cardboard box with tamper sealed ends. It’s very firm, sort of like a rolling pin you’d use in the kitchen but with the insides between the handles sectioned like vertebrae that rotate. To me, and my partner, this is a bit underdeveloped. The handles should be longer, the middle section should also be longer, and the rotating vertebrae would work better if they were also bigger in size — protruding more.As it is, it’s just okay. It looks nicer than it actually works.Maybe you could roll it back & forth with your foot as a foot massager?

Good roller, gets deep in tissues
I have several massage rollers that all feel differently, and we use them for different purposes. My son likes it because he feels it gets deeper into the muscles because of the pointiness of the spikes. He feels that if it hurts, it’s doing its job. For me, it’s a little too spiky for my preference, but he works out a lot more than I do.The massage roller has its benefits of increasing circulation, reducing lactic acid buildup. His chiropractor told him to work out his muscles before and after activities, and this helps him relieve muscle pain and tightness. Other reviewers have said that it’s too short a roller, but for his purposes, rolling on his legs makes the stick manageable and easier to use. He definitely prefers this one than a smoother one for calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps.

Really Helps the Muscles
I was surprised how much this helped with my leg and arm muscle cramps, though as a wide-shouldered man, I am not able to use it well on my back. I tried once and ended up slinging the wheels across the room by accidentally pulling the handle off. It's quite durable, and massages the muscles in the good kind of hurt way.Don't try it on your back unless you have a thin frame, or a great range of motion.

Ouch, now i have to buy the expensive one
Really uncomfortable to use sadly. Hoped it would be a cheaper alternative to the $30 brand name orange one, but definitely not the same thing at all. This hurts

Works well
Bought for boyfriend and he likes it a lot. The end can come off and the small individual pieces can all come off the tube.. not sure why you'd want that, but it can. Easy to put back on and works well for leg and back muscles.

Great roller
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Muscle Roller Stick! As an avid runner, I often experience muscle soreness and tightness, especially in my legs. The roller stick has helped me to relieve these issues and improve my flexibility. The stick is made of durable material and the knobs are the perfect size and shape for massaging different muscle groups. I've even been using it before and after my workouts. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective and convenient way to massage and release muscle tension.

Meh…It’s just ok
The media could not be loaded. Thought it was painted wood, but that’s probably my bad. Re: it being adjustable, it’s basically one of the ends sliding off a bit, which can come off if you pull at it too much. The intensity itself does not adjust. This is a lightweight product. Kinda challenging to use on your back since it’s so short (and I am not a large person at 5”2). Probably worth around $10 max, can’t say I’d buy it again. But it is better than nothing and it does help with a bit of pain relief with if you apply enough pressure and movement of circulation. You have to apply a lot of pressure since it’s so light weight And the wheels/knobs are smaller than the wooden ones I have seen. Looks bigger in video than actual size due to close up.
