Very good product, it work perfect

I repurposed this battery as a backup power source for one of my Arduino projects. Prior to installing it I did a load test after fully charging. With a current draw set at 500ma the battery voltage dropped below 12v after 7-1/2 hours. The capacity in my test worked out to 3750mah. It is more than adequate for my project. It could be that in some cases the battery could still be used below 12v.At this price point it is a good deal for my use.

These batteries actually have the chips to protect themselves from damage using BMS or Battery Management System. The specs tell the tale. The batteries came in properly charged according to the specification. Don’t be alarmed if your battery arrives at 90% capacity, because that level of charge is sometimes used for battery health, again in some cases. I ran 25 discharge/charges cycles with NO change in capacitance! The amperage was great as a matter of fact. I could detect any drop in charge capacity. Very impressive. You can't get that type of performance if a battery is of poor design and construction. I will definitely keep this company in mind for replacement Lithium batteries and I recommend you give them a try too. The numbers don't lie.

This battery works as it should and is an easy install. No issues with charging either.

First thing I did with this was charge it up and put it on my battery analyzer. I was happy to see that the capacity tested higher than the advertised rating, which is a rare thing. Pulled 5860 mAh from the pack (rated 5600) with no problems or overheating. That's awesome. Pack itself is well made, nicely shrink wrapped, with a filament tape to help pull it out of the vacuum cleaner. Connector looks good. All around an exceptionally well made battery pack, highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was not aware that there are different connection options for these batteries. This particular battery did not fit my V980 vacuum cleaner, which has a connector with three wires instead of the four that this battery has. However, I can say that the battery was well packaged with bubble wrap, looked nice with what I assume is a lifting strap, and I assume that it would've worked great if my vac used this type of connector.

Really can’t tell a difference from when the vac was new. Lasts a long time.

The original battery died after 2.5 years of use. I was a bit hesitant to buy this one for the asking price, but I bit the bullet, and I don't regret.
