I've been reading this bible for several years and have found it to be an excellent way of navigating through God's holy words in just a year. Sometimes I will read the Old Testament in the morning and the New Testament in the evening . Or alternatively, just the Psalms in the morning and the Proverbs in the evening.

Bought to go on iPad kindle. Download is very quick and easy. Easy to access to keep up with reading. Lighter to carry than book. I like to read in bed before I settle down to sleep; so I can read without having light on in bedroom as light on kindle that allows one to read in a dark room.

How many of us have actually read the Bible from cover to cover?This last year I have been increasingly LISTENING to the written word; its easier, and comes across differently than when reading.I must say, I like the easy English of the New Living Translation.I'm not sure I like breaking up the scriptures as is done here. They read a chapter from the Old testament, a snippet from Proverbs, parts of a Psalm and then a New Testament chapter - all in one day's reading.If you are using this as a Daily Devotional (these CDs are divided into 365 days) then I'm sure the effect is good.Next time I will buy the "chronological" reading by the same producer.I am indebted to the people who took the time to produce these CDs. A great help in understanding the Scriptures.

It's a big book The Bible. Starting from page 1 and wading through is a daunting task. Here, every day, there is a little bit of the Old Testament, a little bit of the New Testament, a Psalm and Proverb all laid out for you to the conclusion that in exactly 365 days you will have read the whole record of Gods word. What's that, don't believe in all that guff? What's that you don't believe in? All that stuff you have never read, know nothing about but don't believe in anyway? Well, here's an easy opportunity to be for once properly informed and in a position to proffer an intelligent opinion. One just never knows...

Since committing to read the Bible in one year in 2016, my daily reading of the One Year Bible KJV has been become so deeply ingrained and such a source of joy that I literally cnnot put it down. So on the 31.12.19 at the end of the decade I look forward to starting all over again tomorrow morning with Genesis 1.

A dear friend suggested me to get this Bible and explain me that it is really easy to read and indeed in everyday of the year there is a moment to pray as the Bible shows.Highly recommended!
