Q: does it come with straps

Yes, it does come with the straps that are depicted at: http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=351879 However, we've never used them. We use the cart for yard work, particularly hauling large plastic bags of pine needles and ground duff from our Black Forest 3-acre lot out for garbage pick-up. We bought it after we were evacuated for the Black Forest wild fire. The large wheels are great for the less than smooth areas in the wooded part of our lot. We have not tried to use it with anything approaching 300 pounds. It is very light and I'd buy it again and recommend it to anyone for yard work. You'll have to ask someone else about how it works hauling a deer but I think it would be great with all three straps in play.

Q: //////////////////////////////////////////where can I purchase a replacement wheel?

i'm not sure if a replacement is available. But you could use a replacement rear wheel for a lawnmower from tractor supply or your local co-op. they should have roughly the same shaft diameter. Hope this helps!

Q: Any pins that are on amazon that will work way better then the ones that come with this cart?

I dont know of any, Make sure they are locked in place good. We did lose one bringing a deer out of the woods. Have no idea how it got out.

Product description states a 250 lb capacity and 15" wheels. A few lines down it states it has 16" wheels and a 300 lb capacity. Which is true?
