Great price. This is a great combo lock for your security needs. The U-lock has a sliding cover to keep dirt out of the keyhole. Also has a key replacement service available for misplaced or lost keys. What you get in the box is one u-lock, one cable that enters locks with u-lock or if you choose a separate lock if you want added protection, a lock mount to secure to the bike frame, and two laser cut keys. It also comes with a card that has a QR code for easy scanning for the key replacement program offered through the company. Very pleased with my purchase. being honest about the price and what you get feels like I took advantage and scored big.

The media could not be loaded.  This lock is pretty big, so if you have a bicycle like mine which doesn't have a perfectly level/parallel to the ground cross bar, or you have a "step-through" style bicycle, you will have to get creative with mounting thisThe mount consists of two pieces - one for each side of a round pole. On my bicycle, the cross bar is at an angle. Additionally, it is an oval-ish shape so the included mount would not work on it. Also because of the angle of the cross bar, there was not enough clearance for the entire U lock to fit in that space under the cross bar and in front of the seat post.Fortunately, the mount rotates, as does the mount's clip on the U lock itself, which allowed me to install the U lock to the side of the seat tube and under the cross bar. While riding the bike, this doesn't affect my peddling, but it does affect when I need to stop and straddle the bicycle (I'm short, and my seat is high up, so I have to dismount to reach the ground.)The mount itself is sturdy if you crank the screws down, which you really have to do to ensure it doesn't rotate in place. The same with the tiny hex bolt that holds the clip to the lock itself.The thick cable provided is a generous length and allowed for me to tether both of my kids' bicycles to my own bike and loop through my front wheel as well. The cable is stiff so don't expect to try to wrap the cable around the U lock itself and carry it all together; it won't work. I had to carry the cable in my bookbag. It has two velcro wraps to roll the cable up into a large roll.My only real complaint about this lock is that as some other reviews have pointed out, it is NOISY when riding. The U portion of the lock makes a loud and noticeable metallic rattle inside of the base when locked so whenever I hit a bump, it makes noise. I am working on figuring out a way to shim the lock with padding or tape or something else to silence it and will update my review if I figure something out.

After getting a new bike, I started looking into bike locks for it. This lock came up as the first recommended lock on Amazon, and after searching around I decided to go ahead and get it.The lock itself is really good quality, and it comes with 3 keys as well as a card with a website link to register the lock in order to get replacement keys if necessary. The mounting system was fairly simple to install, but for some bike models it might be difficult to find a good location for it.The price was really good, but it was on discount for 60% off. Seeing as it is an Amazon recommended product and best seller, I imagine there would be plenty of sales like this. The quality is really nice and the cable works great. The only thing I wish was different was that the actual lock was a little longer, as my bike frame is wide and sometimes difficult to attach to bike racks, but it still gets the job done even if it takes a couple seconds of fiddling with it.

I would like to tell you all a story about a bike, my bike, and what I was told is a "security issue" by local police. Off the bat, I'm not bad mouthing anyone. It was a building supervisor or manager that called building maintenance and the police if you care to know. I'm just simply explaining what happened and what was done to the locks on my bike...and to kill some time for you.I decided to lock my bike in a new location at work. Why? Because it's about 2 blocks closer than the giant place to park bikes. An area/spot I have seen 1 or 2 bikes locked up in the past. In a busy area, but little to no foot traffic along this pathway. I lock it up with my combo chain and this exact U Lock with cable and head into work. A few hours into my shift, I get a call in my office. It's from co-workers that work near where I parked my bike, and know it's mine, telling me that police and building maintenance are starting to break the locks off. I head all the way back to my bike (About an 8 minute walk) and there are police and maintenance standing there, holding bolt cutters and an angle grinder, and the chain and cable snapped off, laying on the ground. The U Lock, however, is still on the bike. Maintenance had to get an angle grinder to cut off the U Lock. They did get 85% through until I arrived but it wasn't easy. They tell me my bike is a "security issue" and needs to be moved. Sure. No problem. I moved the bike somewhere more safe.Wanted to share this with anyone considering this lock and you can make your own judgement. The "U" is completely metal/steel. The mount is easy to install and holds the lock good. Came with 2 pairs of screws for small and large frames.

This lock is perfect! I love that it comes with a bike attachment so you can have an easy place to put it when not in use.

Looked around for a bike lock and this one I determined this was best for a bike lock for me. I received it yesterday. The lock look like its very well made. Thick metal so it just can’t be cut open. I didn’t want to have chains and the u- bolt on this is big to lock 2 bikes together or lock it to a post. The 2 keys are the newer type with grooves and not teeth. I like the idea of you can register it so if you loose your keys you can order new ones.

Comprato usato come nuovo...Il gancio ad U molto comodo..non è grandissimo, al massimo ci metti una sola bici, ma è robustissimo, sicuramente se un ladro ha tempo riesci a romperlo,ma se si posa la bici per poco tempo in un posto comunque tranquillo , diciamo che fa pensare due volte al ladruncolo prima di tentare di rubare la bici.Lo consiglio
