1000 Series, Commercial Grade, Home Series, Soft tip Electronic Dartboard

I bought a $5000 commercials grade dart machine from Spider 360 in 2023. Everything worked perfectly. I decided to buy the cheaper $2500 1000 Series board. It was delayed and then never delivered. I re-ordered the 1000 Series Dart Machine. It came in an underaged box, which I kept in the box until my girlfriend moved a couple months later. When I removed the dart machine from the box, I found it badly damage ON THE INSIDE and the plastic outer case was scuffed and dented. Spider 360 or the company they used to transport the machine to me CLEARLY damaged the original dart machine that never arrived and then tried to fix it and re-sell it to me as brand new. This was fraudulent. It is not a new machine and it doesn’t work. The monitor is 100% blank. The platform in the INSIDE of the machine that the circuit boards sit on is bent almos 45%, and there are scuffs and dents on the outside casing. Spider 360, using the Amazon sales platform, took my money, failed to deliver, then, when I re-ordered, spider 360 sold me a badly damaged, inoperable machine. NEITHER AMAZON, NOR SPIDER 360 WILL RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT.Do not risk being cheated out of your money and then ignored by Amazon and Spider 360. They have both been totally unresponsive to a clearly fraudulent expensive transaction. I have been a loyal customer and they are treating me this way because they can. Beware of a fraudulent transaction.
